Welcome to Forbundet for Ledelse og Teknikk (FLT)

FLT is a trade union for engineers, production managers, middle managers, team leaders and technical staff in the private sector. FLT is affiliated with the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO) and organizes about 22.000 members. Our organization provides broad experience and high competence to advocate on behalf of our members.
